Why some rows are held back

Some source rows share the same domain stem but disagree on country, funding amount, or funding date. Those conflicts can describe separate companies, duplicate rounds with currency drift, or unrelated records copied onto the wrong company.

The importer does not guess. It keeps every conflicting row in quarantine and excludes the whole group from company pages, API responses, and the sitemap until a human can resolve it.

The importer also holds back funding figures above $100 billion. There are 8 affected company totals. Round amounts follow the same rule. The companies remain published, but the implausible figures are omitted until the source data is corrected.
