Developing STC-1010, an off-the-shelf Stimulated Tumor Ghost Cells cancer vaccine designed to mimic solid-tumor heterogeneity. Targets patients with microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer who respond poorly to checkpoint inhibitors. Uses proteogenomic profiling to select cancer antigens then haptenises and inactivates the cells to drive an immune flare.
