IceMOS Technology manufactures custom Superjunction MOSFETs, MEMS solutions, and silicon-on-insulator substrates for power semiconductor markets. It serves cloud-computing power supply OEMs, automotive Tier 1s, and MEMS device manufacturers. It is one of the few independent SOI substrate houses still operating, with ISO/TS 16949 automotive certification and in-house 100-200mm wafer inventory ready to ship.
